$50 Million complex housing Puyallup City Hall and adjacent two story parking structure.

 

This 53,000sf facility and adjacent 279 stall parking garage was developed and constructed for the City of Puyallup as the fourth and final piece of Puyallup’s Civic Center.  The 5 story building includes administrative offices, public meeting spaces, and a rooftop courtyard accessible to the public.  The facility incorporates locally sourced finishes as well as ethnic artifacts representing the culture of the Puyallup Tribe.
