Capstone Construction Management Services is a full service Project Management company founded in 2010. We offer comprehensive project management services to a broad range of clients, including leasing professionals, property managers, building owners and tenants.

 

With twenty plus years of experience in the development and management of commercial real estate projects, our background is extensive. Specific project experience includes Site Development, Shell & Core Construction, Tenant Improvements, Class-A Office, Mixed-use, Retail, Entertainment, Restaurant, Hotel, Data Centers, and Co-location facilities.

 

Capstone Construction Management Services is led by Ms. Bonnie Hanson, a graduate of the University of Washington's school of Construction Management. Ms. Hanson began her career as a Project Manager with Howard S. Wright Construction Company, a leading commercial General Contractor in the Puget Sound region. Joining Egis Real Estate Services in 2002, she directed the completion of Fisher Plaza, a world renowned 300,000 square foot communications and data center hub in downtown Seattle.  In 2008 she led the Development Team for the Puyallup City Hall Block, a LEED Gold office and parking complex in the heart of downtown Puyallup.

 

In her current role as President of Capstone Construction Management Services, Ms. Hanson acts as project lead for each and every project. Her clients are provided with personalized services tailored to their individual project's needs, and are guaranteed absolute attention to every detail.
