12,500sf Tenant Improvement project at Carillon Point in Kirkland, WA
This project combined three separate tenant spaces into a single space, creating a beautiful and highly functional office environment. The design incorporated glass walls at all interior offices and conference rooms to allow for maximum natural lighting, as well as high end finishes with clean lines for a modern touch.
This project was completed in a building without a freight elevator, above retail/restaurant spaces and adjacent to a hotel, creating a unique set of obstacles for material deliveries and day-shift work. Although challenging, this project was completed on time and under budget.
