50,000sf Entertainment Complex housing two separate bowling areas, full service restaurant and bar, billiards room and video arcade. 

 

This high-end entertainment venue was constructed within an existing concrete tilt-up building previously housing a manufacturing company.  The extensive renovation required major structural upgrades, including the removal and reinstallation of floor slab, modifications to the exterior concrete panels and additional structural bracing.  With high-end video and sound systems throughout, custom designed casework, specialty lighting and a full service kitchen, this project incorporated almost every aspect of a build project.

 

Due to the impending growth within the area, this project required resolution of several City issues, including DRB approvals, traffic mitigation and proposed amendments to the City’s comprehensive plans affecting the site.
