55,000sf Tenant Improvement for WeWork, a New York-based company providing coworking environments across the United States. 

 

This project spans across 3 floors of a modern building in South Lake Union, a vibrant hub of activity just north of downtown Seattle.  The design incorporates expansive use of glass walls to create openness between the offices, conference rooms and shared work spaces.  The extensive audio/visual systems, unique finishes and blend of artistic details add a playful touch to this highly functional office space.
