FISHER PLAZA

$160,000 million, 300,000sf data center and office hub located right at the base of the Space Needle in downtown Seattle. 

 

This mission-critical facility is home to KOMO TV and Radio Broadcasting, as well as a diverse mix of office, retail, restaurants and 2N telecom/data center spaces.  The complex boasts its own underground water supply, redundant generators and chiller plants, and multiple sources of city power.  The roof-mounted helipad doubles as a fuel station in the event of a power outage.  Previously recognized as a Seismic Zone 3 Essential Facility.
