250,000sf World Headquarters for a leading provider of integrated travel and expense management solutions.

 

This high tech space spans across 11 floors of Key Center in downtown Bellevue.  The design incorporates open-to-structure ceiling elements, a mix of private conferencing and casual collaboration spaces, as well as the extensive use of demountable partitions throughout.  The floors were connected via installation of multiple sets of interstitial stairs, requiring detailed structural designs and modifications to the building smoke management system. 

 

This project was completed within an extremely aggressive design and construction timeline, employing the use of phased turnovers and multiple move-ins to seamlessly relocate nearly 600 employees.
