40,000sf Corporate Headquarters for Chef Software, a leading Seattle-based IT Infrastructure solutions company. 

 

This project spans 3 floors within a historic downtown building along Seattle’s waterfront.  The design concept features open office areas with a vast array of open collaboration spaces, private meeting rooms and individual VTC rooms, integrating extensive audio/visual systems throughout.  The open-to-structure ceiling concept takes advantage of the building’s original historic architecture, which was seismically upgraded as part of the Tenant Improvement project.
